Phoebe Tarleton is an English violinist based in Amsterdam, known for her versatility across the concert hall, the chamber ensemble, and beyond.
She has served as concertmaster of the Zemlinsky Chamber Orchestra, and in 2024 toured Europe's leading concert halls with the Gustav Mahler Academy, playing Mahler's 5th Symphony on original instruments - now released on Alpha Classics.
Her stages have ranged from Het Concertgebouw and outdoor opera performances to Pinkpop, North Sea Jazz Festival, and a 16,000-capacity show at Rotterdam Ahoy with DI-RECT alongside the Residentie Orkest.
As a chamber musician, she is a founding member of the Beltane Quartet.
She studied at Wells Cathedral School (UK) and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam under Peter Brunt and Tjeerd Top, graduating in 2021.

Outside of music, Phoebe loves sport, and is currently studying to become a certified personal trainer with a particular interest in supporting the physical health of fellow musicians.
